Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of healing which encourages the body to find balance, by unblocking stagnant energy and healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki means “Universal Life Force” and the practitioner is acting as a channel through which the energy reiki flows. It is a very non-invasive, extremely effective form of healing aiding all ailments from migraines, backaches to broken bones.
For reiki 1 and 2 these are 1 day workshops which include a manual and a certificate. These happen monthly with a maximum of 4 people. One-to-one attunements also given.

WHAT HAPPENS IN AN ATTUNEMENT?

A Reiki attunement alters a person's own internal energy system permanently. The base chakras begins to vibrate at a new and higher level and stimulates the ability to "channel" universal energy.

REIKI 1 – Receive 4 empowering and chakras opening attunements, learn the history and philosophy of reiki, how to aura cleanse, understand chakras’s, familiarize yourself with the hand positions and have a practice session. Learn how to raise the energy in your body with chi kung moves. £95

REIKI II – Experience another amazing attunement and receive 3 sacred powerful symbols to increase the reiki strength and to be able to send distant healing. Learn more about chakra’s and the auric field. Understand crystal healing used with reiki. £95.

REIKI III MASTER - an attunement and given a 4th symbol. Instructions on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki I∧II and Reiki Master. Advanced Reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras. Time given to practice attunements £450.
